New circuit board fitted

Partial bathroom re-fit and toilet repair
We initially called Karl out to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop refilling itself and due to the excellent service we then asked him to carry out further work in our bathroom. We had our bath replaced, a shower fitted and tiling done. The work was carried out to a very high standard, within the agreed timescale and budget. We are fortunate to live very close to Karl and when we initially called him about our toilet, he said he'd be around in 2 mins and he was! New kitchen
Karl has previously refurbished our bathroom and fitted a replacement boiler, both done to a very high standard. We recently had Karl in to convert our small kitchen and separate dining room into one large open area. We went away on holiday and left him to it, with Karl sending us the odd photo to keep us updated. We got to see the finished work a few weeks later, the transformation was stunning. Installation of replacement boiler
Our ageing boiler had become unreliable and the latest failure which left us without hot water or CH for almost a week, so we decided to replace the boiler. Our initial contact was to Sexton Heating who had excellent Checkatrade reviews and is co-incidentally based in our road. We contacted them and Karl called in and gave us a quote the same day and undertook the installation 2 days later. Cleared blocked drains and fitted new kitchen tap together with isolating taps under sink.
