Company info
Shutters 'n' Blinds was founded in 2010 by Ashvin Gounder. We have vast experience in the engineering industry serving both retail and commercial customers and had worked in the automatic door industry since 2001. Since this time it was more of a hobby fitting blinds and plantation shutters for friends and family but decided to venture out and form a professional company that could supply the market.
We carry out free no obligation surveys and quotations and give you a chance to view the samples in the comfort of you own home, property or work place. We would then have all the products manufactured (all made to measure) and carry out the fitting/installation within 3-4 weeks (usually sooner). The lead-time on our plantation shutters is 8-10 weeks.

Fitting of Shutters and blinds
Very happy with my shutters and blinds. At the initial appointment Ash spent a couple of hours going to through options and helping me make the right choice. I did have to wait nearly 3 months for fitting but was worth it. It took two days to fit all the blinds and shutters and the rooms were left tidy and clean on completion. A few minor issues with the shutters was resolved and replacement slats ordered quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Shutters n Blinds
Installation of shutters throughout the house
The work was carried out neaty with a lovely finish. They cleaned up as they progress and generally very friendly people.
