    We wanted a new water softener fitted and contacted Steve. He visited quickly to inspect our home, provided an all-in quote the same day and answered all our questions. We did not hesitate to book the work and the system was fitted with a few days. We had an excellent experience, love our new water softener and enjoyed meeting Steve - he is very friendly and shared lots of practical advice - highly recommend.

    I’ve been a customer of Steve and Softwater Solutions since 2018; to say nothing of the exceptional technical quality of his work, he saved the day when our boiler leaked and the stopcock was built in behind a wall and cabinet! The products we’ve been supplied with work fantastically and are so low maintenance they require no thought. The water now tastes great and leaves no marks. It is always a pleasure to have Steve over. We cannot recommend softwater solutions enough.

    Steve at Softwater Solutions was very helpful when I moved house and found a very old water softener installed and not working. He assessed the system and found a solution to fit my needs. He removed and disposed of the old system and installed the new replacement which is excellent. Steve was very proactive, knowledgeable and the workmanship was excellent. I would fully recommend Softwater Solutions.

Softwater Solutions is family run water treatment business based in a village just outside Milton Keynes with over 35 years' experience.

Steve Dyer the owner originally trained by Permutit as a service engineer and has worked on domestic water softeners all the way through to the semi- conductor industry.

We cover all MK postcodes including Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and Luton specialising in the supply and installation of domestic and commercial water softeners, drinking water filters and Reverse Osmosis purifiers. We also offer free salt delivery and undertake repairs and maintenance on most leading brands of water softeners.

We offer a free no obligation on site survey to determine what equipment would best suit your needs, the best location to install it and a competitive quotation to consider.
