    My original enquiry was with Kinetico who put me in contact with Steve of Softwater Solutions Ltd. From the initial phone call I felt in safe hands, as Steve had excellent knowledge. During Steve's visit to my house to provide a quotation based on my requirements, he was able to answer all of my questions with ease, clearly demonstrating his wealth of knowledge. Come installation day Steve conducted himself with the upmost courtesy, his workmanship is second-to-none. Even using a spirit level to ensure his pipework was perfect. I couldn't have been happier and would recommend him to anyone!

    We had an Eco Evolution Boost 300 water softener & a reverse osmosis drinking system today by Steve. Due to the size of the water softener unit, we needed to have it based outside and Steve provided a bespoke cover for the unit which looks great. Ours was a lightly more complex job as we wanted to exclude the main outside taps from the water softener, due to having a large garden, which Steve was able to accommodate. We elected to have the RO drinking system installed in the utility room, which again Steve was able to accommodate. Job was perfect from our perspective and all left spotless

    What can I say about Steve, he knows more about water softeners than any other person I have ever met. He explained me all the details and differences between the different models, and recommended me the perfect model for my house. If you are going to get a water softener and he covers your area, don´t call anyone else (believe me, you will thank me later).

Softwater Solutions is family run water treatment business based in a village just outside Northampton with over 35 years' experience.

Steve Dyer the owner originally trained by Permutit as a service engineer and has worked on domestic water softeners all the way through to the semi- conductor industry.

We cover all MK postcodes including Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and Luton specialising in the supply and installation of domestic and commercial water softeners, drinking water filters and Reverse Osmosis purifiers. We also offer free salt delivery and undertake repairs and maintenance on most leading brands of water softeners.
