Polite, friendly and courteous. Really cares about his work and making sure it's done right, whatever it takes. Persistent in ensuring the job is done and thy customer is happy. Loads of technical knowledge and expertise. As he said, his misson is leave the doors like new and I was pleased with the result.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great quality products installed to a very high standard by Marc. House and garage was left clean and tidy, despite brick cutting, so lots of dust. Windows cleaned and frames wiped on completion. Would highly recommend.

Marc was extremely helpful, with no pressured sales. His price was really good compared to other quotes, and he also seemed to be more honest and friendly which I appreciate. He was punctual to visit to measure up and gave an accurate date for the installation. The installation went very smoothly, and I am really happy with the new front door. Not a scrap of rubbish was left, and everything was left spotless. A real quality tradesman. Harder to find than hen's teeth these days, and I will recommend to everyone I know that needs doors or windows. Will definitely be using his services again!

Marc was the most professional person who came to quote for us, straightfoward and simple quoting. Our original windows were single glazed and very old, the new windows fitted are UPVC of varying sizes. We opted for Acoustic glass at the front of the property and pearlised glass for the bathroom. We can highly recommend Marc's services, even with the constraints of Covid hittng in March when he managed to fit 2x windows just before lockdown, returning in July to complete the install. The windows have made such a difference and we are very happy.
