  Space Heating replaced our boiler and hot water tank, also fitting a low loss header. Their price was comparable with others who quoted for the work, but they were a more professional outfit and able to answer our questions clearly. Email responses were swift. Whilst we saw several engineers they were all capable and courteous, kept us informed and progress and left the place tidy.

  Luke and Johnny were on time and got straight on with removing the boiler and prepping the system for flushing. Explained the process in full and had covered the flooring to prevent damage/dirt. Very tidy installation and full verbal handover of the new boiler and its operation. Its a Viessman and incredibly quiet! 10 year warranty and even a reminder set in for the yearly service. Price was competitive and I felt confident in their knowledge and professionalism to do a good job. They obviously take pride in their work. Very pleased .

• Clearing blocked drains

  I contacted Space Heating in the evening using their contact page on the website, they responded the next morning and booked us in for the following day, they were very professional and helpful. The plumber, Harry, contacted me when he was 30 minutes away, so I could get home to let him in. He solved the problem with the drains within the hour, and also resolved my problem toilet seat! Very friendly and helpful service all around

  Not a straight forward job which took 2 days. The experience from the company was outstanding from initial review/scoping through to undertaking the work. The engineer was extremely conscientious and undertook the tasks in a thoroughly professional manner dealing with unexpected problems with diligence and tenacity. Overall outstanding.
