I cannot fault any part of the service from initial quote, through payment onto the heavy lifting itself. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who needs help with a move!! 10Verified ReviewMoved for the first time in 15 years. We were worried about the whole process but the advise and reassurance David Strank gave us when quoting was invaluable. The move from start to finish was great. We had a full pack and nothing was broken or damaged. Although not the cheapest Stranks was worth every penny.

10I cannot tell you how brilliant and efficient these guys are. We were thrilled by their service from the initial quote by Mr Strank (which was cheapest we had by the way) to the moving day itself. I had only ever bought new builds before so found the removal day itself quite overwhelming, but they made it relaxed and stress free. They took good care of all our items and everything was moved and delivered really quickly and efficiently. They are absolute pros at what they do. Stranks is a well run machine and you are in good safe hands. Thank you so much. The Kitts family.

3Verified ReviewI have previously used Stranks Removals and were very happy with them, so when I moved house I did not even think about using anyone else for moving some of my belongings. I sent them an E-mail setting out the job at hand. Now, ten days later, I have not received any reply to my E-mail, which is way below any reasonable expectation. I guess it is time to look for someone else. (I am hard of hearing and try my best to avoid using the phone, which is near-impossible in the UK where the phone seems to be the only acceptable way of communicating.)
