Fantastic service

10Verified ReviewCalled when my boiler failed. Got good advice on best one to replace with. Communication was great throughout with quote sent to review and accept. Date arranged to install and received txt from installer night before to confirm time. Installer worked without stopping for a break , very professional and courteous whilst in the house. Checked everything was all working and all radiators were hot. Installer went over operations of boiler and said they register the warranty on our behalf. Great customer service throughout and I can highly recommend.

With Strathclyde Heating and Utilities I was delighted initially with the communication from Andrew at head office which made may feel that these guys know their stuff. On the day of the refit engineer Raymond turned up promptly , he was courteous and respectful of my property. He continually kept me updated throughout the day of what was happening. His workmanship was exemplary obviously taking pride in the finished product. I wouldn't think twice about using SH&U

After a brief but if confusion between arrival times and dates (not the fault of Strathclyde Heating and Utilities), Andy made contact with me directly and it was plane sailing from the on. I needed a new water tank as a result of a split in my old tank, plus repair of water damage to the site of the tank. Andy was impressive in his professionalism, his dedication to making sure the job was done to a high standard and kept me up to date at all times. A real gem of a man who very much cares for his customers. Incredibly impressed.
