Front Façade of Grade II Listed Building
18 months ago we leased a grade 2 listed office building, which had been neglected for the best part of 70 years. TCM completely overhauled the entire front façade of the building - the portico, door, windows, wall - and brought it back to its correct state, to a high specification, and with full compliance with all the English Heritage requirements. Full marks for an excellent job.
Truly fantastic team
I can’t recommend Tibi and his team highly enough. My husband and I are so happy with the work completed and can’t believe how quick, tidy and hardworking the team was. I was kept informed throughout the process and the costs were clear with no changes. The team were clean, courteous to my neighbours and the work is fantastic l.
Double storey rear extension
TCM and the team were absolutely amazing,can’t thank them enough for all the hard work and effort they’ve put into the project! The owner is honest,reliable and willing to help with any issues! Very responsive and knowledgeable team,great quality of work! Would definitely use them again for future projects !
Preparing ground and laying concrete for two sheds with a ramp to the door

Rear Extension
I could not recommend TCM and his team more, from the labour to the office staff which were very helpful and communicative too. We have built a 4.5*6m rear extension. We have used their full team of professionals(architect/ structural engineer/party wall surveyor). We are very pleased with our decision. Price was also realistic.

I was very happy to find TCM Building and Maintenance to carry out my rear extension after a very bad experience with another builder. They were very professional, prompt and reliable. The works were carry out in the estimated time frame.
