Very efficient customer service from The Cleaning Doctor. Raf came out to give a quote, booked in for a few days later. Ross turned up on time and cleaned the carpets. Ross was friendly and very polite. He set straight to work. Carpets looked like brand new when he had finished. Excellent service, professional staff and the carpet looks like new. Booked to have living room carpet cleaned but due to staff sickness the job was cancelled on the day. However, they were very apologetic and managed to fit us is the next day to complete the job, and they even did it free of charge due to the inconvenience. One very happy customer, thank you!
