The Southern Security Network, owned and operated by James Barber, was started through his passion for the industry and desire to deliver a more bespoke and personal service to customers. All our systems are designed around your needs and are fitted using quality security products from some of the worlds leading brands. Our industry leading knowledge and experience can assist you with anything from an existing system requiring maintenance or fault repair, to a brand-new system designed around you and your needs.
How it works (system design and install)
contact us and one of our experienced team will discuss your needs and book a visit to your property to design your system, discussing all your requirements offering advice and expertise to ensure you get a product that is exactly what you need. You will receive your written quotation, detailing the system design and information, ensuring that you are getting what you need before work commences. Once the quotation has been agreed we will book in a date and time to install the system and keep you updated through the project. Once work has been completed, you will receive a full system demonstration and handover from our team, showing you how to operate the system and how to contact us should you ever need us.
How it works call out 24 hours a day
contact us and one of our experienced team will discuss with you the issue you are having. In the first instance, we will assist with phone support in an attempt to resolve the issue. If on-site assistance is required, we will advise an ETA and keep you updated on our progress until we arrive at your property. We offer this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
