Spencer and his team did a great job. Through the project they constantly discussed ideas and made suggestions about what might work better. For example, we were going to put a Velux window on the roof, but we were advised that it would very difficult to clean. So we went for a light shaft instead. All the planning consultations with the local council were dealt with by Spencer, so that there was no issue with the final building certificate. The quote was increased at the outset, because of rising build costs. This meant no nasty surprises and the job was completed within budget.

Absolutely over the moon with the work carried out by the Time2Build team! Such lovely guys, the work was done to a very high standard and within the timeframe given. No hidden costs. They also helped us by suggesting some changes to the build that we would have never thought of but made a huge difference to the space. Highly recommend them!

The work completed was of a high standard and problems were quickly turned into solutions. Great communication along the way with helpful advice how to bring about best outcomes. Spenc and Fish cleaned up everyday and the installation of the kitchen was managed so that the family could still function with cooking and cleaning.

Spencer, Steve and Alan were superb from start to finish. I was dreading the disruption, mess and thought of having strangers in my home. But from start to finish it was absolutely painless. Time2Build are experienced, knowledgeable and utterly trustworthy. They couldn't have done enough to make sure I was involved and happy with what was going on, and explained things in plain English as I don't speak 'Builder'. They are polite, professional, friendly, solution-focussed, and work like Trojans. Will definitely use again. Very highly recommended.

Spencer and the team have done a brilliant job for us - we’re really pleased with the new garage. They have been helpful all the way through, from initial estimates to final snagging. The quote was comprehensive and well priced, they were switched on to amendments needed to make the designs work and the quality of the build and care in the details has been excellent. They took care of all the main supporting trades, were prompt and courteous to the neighbours. We will certainly look to use Time2build again in future - really easy to work with, very practical and great workmanship. Thank you!
