Tony and his team were genuinely brilliant. Not only were they fantastic at fixing our roof in such a quick turnaround, but they were also tidy, fab at communicating and explaining the issue, great to chat with, and super friendly. I truly believe Tony is a genuine and kind business owner; we didn't once feel pressured into making decisions and we know our roof will be lasting a really long time now. Tony was prompt and professional. He did a thorough job and identified the intermittant leak as damaged membrane further up the roof. He patched the membrane, replaced the broken old tiles and cleaned that section of roof from moss. Tony's roofing and guttering services was one of the first to contact me after making enquiries for the job Checkatrade. They were the first to inspect the job and provide me with an outline of their intended work methodology and quotation. I agreed with their work methodology and thought their quotation to be realistic and sensible. They were able to complete the work in 4 days which suited my urgency to overcome the problem. In the event the work was carried out in a professional manner, with no tile breakage, and no mess. What started as a job to fix leaking gutters evolved. Instead of unnecessary replacement all the gutters (which 3 other companies suggested I do, with varying fee quotes) Tony actually bothered to go up a ladder and take a look. He was able to take the badly installed gutter apart and fix it to remedy the leak. He then recommended, and did a load of remedial work to fix the resulting damp. We called in Tony and his team when significant cracks in various places in the exterior rendering of our house began to let in water when it rained. This was a big job requiring scaffolding around the whole house. However, the team, who were all courteous and personable did a great job in keeping disruption to a minimum and the site tidy at all times. This despite having to work around significant weather disruption. Quality of the workmanship was excellent. Leaks seem to be fixed and the house looks great.
