Im currently building a large sauna with a flat roof in my garden.
Karl was employed to fit a flat roof onto it.
He started the job before christmas, unfortunately the job is still not finished as the gutter he fitted leaks as the wind blows the water behind the gutter.
From start to finish the quality of Karls work has been poor. He didnt bother to stagger the 18mm ply boards. This is very basic building practise. He took a holiday in the middle of the job giving me half a days notice. When i asked him why he fitted incorrect profiles on the roof he told me to F*** off.

However, we strongly disagree with the description of our work and the suggestion that we have been unwilling to help. After this review was posted, the customer emailed us and we responded promptly offering to return and resolve the guttering issue, but have not received a reply.
We consistently receive 5-star reviews which better reflect our usual standards, and we remain willing to resolve this matter amicably.
