Established in 2013 by two very enthusiastic Directors that together have over 50 years combined experience within the construction industry.

In past roles Tony Hook and Barry Sinclair have worked on pretty much every landmark building in London in varying capacities as Project Managers, Surveyors and as Sub-Contractors together with numerous historic buildings along the south coast.

Operating out of Brighton and Croydon offices, the company aim to offer a variety of services including traditional screeding and plastering works, drylining and partitioning , external renders together with insulated render systems.

Ultimate Finishes also have a stone and brick cleaning side to the business for commercial and domestic markets with their own Doff Cleaning machine, a market leader in this field providing a superior cleaning service through various methods and cleaning techniques.

We have carried out various projects as main contractors and are opening a new division which offer new builds, extensions,conversions and refurbishments in the domestic and commercial markets.

With garden rooms, painting and decorating, floor and wall tiling included within their extensive repertoire as the name would suggest, Ultimate Finishes Limited strive for each and every customer to produce the Ultimate Finish.
