Job location: CM9Contacted Wayne to move us a couple of weeks ago. From meeting Wayne for the initial quote to Wayne and Mitchell moving us, the whole process was seamless, efficient and professional. What lovely guys, absolutely nothing was too much trouble and as going the extra mile, well, they were nothing short of brilliant. We cannot thank them enough. A thoroughly professional service, from the visit to provide a quotation through to the move itself. The move from a 2nd floor flat to a 1st floor flat was handled very well, and in a timely manner, with any potential issues explained fully. Company was well organised. Guys were polite and helpful. Offered the provision to load the bulk of furniture day before the move, so we were out our sold house by 10am on the day of moving. We booked Unique Moves very last minute because another company let us down and we are so glad we found them! Wayne, Daniel, Dave and Janet were absolutely brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for better service from start to end. If you want expert removal guys who take real pride in their work and service then Unique Moves are for you. They were friendly, warm and understanding that moving house can be a really emotional time. They even turned up in Santa hats to add some festive cheer. The homes and property of our customers are fully covered by our public liability insurance up to the value of £1,000,000 and furniture and possessions are covered to the value of £30,000 whilst being loaded and in transit. In the unlikely event that something is damaged, there is zero excess to pay by the customer. We so offer a full house cleaning service as we move you out our cleaners move in for the clean so you don't have to worry about it.
