Company info

Upcycle Interiors Limited (UIL) undertakes renovations, landlord property maintenance, carpentry, small handyman jobs, interior design, drafting, and landscape design.

The business specialises in upcycling (re-using) salvaged materials to create bespoke & sustainable furniture, unique features and spaces with character: this is something Mark is passionate about.  Every job is special and receives care and attention.

Based in Weymouth, Mark is trustworthy and reliable and only takes on local jobs. He comes from a highly professionalised architectural background with more than 11 years construction experience (mostly around Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Chelsea). UIL provides detailed written contractual quotations (not estimates) that are fully transparent and show how the price of the job is calculated (e.g. cost of materials/labour for each phase of the job). This gives the customer the benefit of being able to add or omit elements of the job to meet their budget and avoids any confusion that might arise in the future, e.g. regarding what is/isn't included in the job. Any changes that affect the price (extremely rare) are always discussed & agreed with the customer immediately.

UIL is a bona fide contractor - working on own initiative, time management, supplying own tools and materials at a fixed price. All work is fully insured.

Mark has been investing in property since 2012 and has a wealth of renovation experience. He is not afraid to admit when something is outside his skill range, but he is also very willing to learn new things and has an extensive library and range of professional contacts to draw on for advice. Mark's education in construction and architecture began in 2000 and he still attends professional seminars, networking events and CPD training today.
