Top class service and room left immaculate. Ian ran into an issue introduced by a previous chimney sweep and made sure my stove was brought pack to full working condition. It was not easy to book an appointment and the person at the other end of the phone was not overly helpful. I paid in advance as I would not be there for the appointment. Apparently technician very rude and demanded payment even though he was told it was prepaid. I’ve emailed twice from abroad to get money reimbursed with no response. My name is Adrian and I formed the business in early 2012 and became part of the Wilkins Chimney Sweep Franchise.
My company specialises in all areas of Chimney Sweeping, including nest removal, chimney brushing & vacuuming and we also supply Carbon Monoxide Alarms, Stove Thermometers and Flue cleaner.
We believe we offer a first class chimney sweeping service using the most up too date machinery. We offer a prompt and courteous service with advice given where necessary. We offer timed appointments to avoid disappointment.
We are fully insured and HETAS registered.
We also carry out Chimney Cowls, caps and cages fitting to BS standards.
