  I enquired through Checkatrade for our annual boiler service. Paul had the courtesy to call me directly and the appointment was made for just a few days later. The engineer who called did a very thorough job and we paid less than we’d been paying before. Exceptional and very highly recommended. In future we’ll always use Willis Heating for our boiler service. I see they do plumbing as well. Thanks Paul and Harry for a great job!

  I emailed to enquire and was given price at once. The appointment was made to suit me. The engineer arrived at the appointed time and was courteous respectful and polite. He did the job checking all aspects required. He explained the payment system which was simple. The job was completed satisfactorily to an excellent standard.

  Paul and the lads did a fantastic job moving our boiler from the loft to the cupboard in the landing, making it easier for me to access it. The arrived on time, did a great day's work, completing the work in 2 days, very tidy, very courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend.
