From an initial call they visited very quickly to review the work (turned up when they said). Booked us in soon after and got everything done in the time discussed. Very polite and professional. I called Windsor Roofing Specialist and asked for someone to come out and quote for a roof repair. To my surprise, I had Luke the surveyor out that very same day to carry out an inspection. I received the quote that afternoon. The quote was reasonably priced and the work proposed was provided in detail. Wow!! Where do I start? This is my first interaction with Windsor Roofing Specialist, and boy did they knock the ball out of the park!! I'm a property landlord, with several properties in Windsor and super high expectations. I've seen it all and heard it all, so if you claim to be excellent at your trade, you'd better be!! Windsor Roofing Specialist came to the party, with both speed of response in one hand and quality of workmanship in the other. These guys meant business! True customer service at its very best! I gave Windsor Roofing Specialist a call before Christmas. Both Luke and Darren visited my property to carry out a roof inspection. No later than 2 hours after the appointment, I received my quote for the works. I had another couple of quotes from other company's and Windsor Roofing Specialist was by far the most competitive. The team were so friendly and respectful, so tidy and take great pride in their work. Lauren in the office was very helpful and answered all questions I had.
