Moving out of rental flat. 10% to new student accommodation and 90% to South Wales.
We needed a removals company at very short notice to help move our son into new student accommodation, after being let down by another company. Robert provided my son with boxes, tape and paper very quickly after making the booking, and gave us assurance that his team wouldn’t let us down. On the moving day, an excellent job was done and all were very friendly and polite. Everything was carried out in accordance within the strict government guidelines at this time. We would definitely recommend Yellow Duck as a company and would use them again in the future Thank you to Robert and team.

They were on time, moved our belongings from our flat into the van efficiently and quickly, and once in the new house our things were moved in without any issues whatsoever! Highly recommend

Absolutely incredible team. Started early and were efficient and friendly. When there was an issue with completion during the day, the team were understanding and helpful. Cannot credit them enough.

Bob and the team made a stressful process as easy and stress free as possible. They arrived on time, completed everything really quickly and were cheerful and friendly throughout the process. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
House removal
Robert and the Yellow Duck team did an excellent job with our house move, I can highly recommend them. They were punctual, courteous and helped us move in a very difficult environment given the restrictions on movement. They were able to take steps to undertake the move and were highly conscious of the social distancing rules. Can't thank them enough.
Moving from second floor flat to new property
Excellent service. Robert and the team really helped make what could have been a very stressful move incredibly straightforward. They arrived early in the morning and got everything packed up impressively quickly, particularly given the bulkiness of some items and multiple sets of stairs to contend with. Unpacking at the other end was even quicker. The whole team were incredibly friendly and really helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Communication before the move and on the day was also excellent.
House Move - Highly Recommend
The team were all courteous, friendly, professional and respectful - nothing was a problem which really took away the stress on move day. They managed incredibly given a ridiculously rainy day, communicating between them and just getting the job done. Robert was true to his word, on price, commitment to help move me (even though I had a 5 month delay and lots of delayed exchanges), care of my belongings and loan of boxes/packing. Seriously can’t recommend Yellow Duck Removals enough.
They moved an up right Piano for me
Robert and his time did a great job very professional and tidy. I would definitely recommend them. They also helped me remove the front door and put it back to get the piano in.
