  • Move-in aerial problem

    Just moved in and discovered we couldn't get TV to work except in one room. Were promised a visit from one local company who cancelled. Then contacted Nigel who replied quickly, turned up promptly and rapidly diagnosed the issues and sorted them. Even better, when another problem arise, Nigel was just a quick to come round and sort it out. We would happily recommend him for any aerial issues.

    Old TV aerial wasn't working. Nigel ascertained very quickly that the old cabling had water in. Because old aerial was on 2nd floor and too high to replace with just ladders, he fitted a new one there and then in a location accessable by ladder. Works perfectly now. Would definitely recommend Nigel and very reasonably priced.

    Communication was great received a quote fast and explained the difference options and price points. Booking the job was easy managed to find availability the following day! Nigel is a very knowledgeable and friendly, he arrived on time and removed the old aerial fast while taking care in regards to protecting the roof. I cannot recommend him more fantastic job.

    With a TV in the dining room, I decided I needed to sort out the lack of signal and having tried different cables, thought it best to get a new TV socket installed. I was approached by A and N Aerials who gave great communication prior to booking them. Their quote was very competitive. Nigel arrived sooner than I expected on the booked day and ran diagnostics on the existing socket. I was expecting a new socket and cable from the existing aerial but the solution was so much easier. Nigel's diagnostics, advice and communication allowed me to make a clear decision on resolving the issue.
