Two new large awnings at the rear of our property to shield sun
The blinds were fitted according to the quote. The installers had to work with our builder's electrician which was fine. We had to re-choose our choice of fabric as the original was discontinued by the time we came to place the order. John was extremely helpful in allowing us to keep books to make another choice and very prompt on placing the order when we had decided. I would highly recommend John as his communication skills are excellent and we had a full understanding of the product before making purchase. The blinds look fantastic and operate (electrically) very well. Thank you!
Marklux Awning fitted to cover large patio area in garden
John Hain and his team were excellent from start to finish. From the initial telephone conversation, site survey, written quotation right up to the actual installation the level of service was excellent. A realistic delivery lead time was provided at the time of placing the order and John kept me informed of any delays which were out of his control as the awning is made to order by Markilux in Germany. The quality of the actual awning is excellent. Having done a lot of research before placing an order I highly recommend this company and the Markilux Awnings. Thanks John Hain and team! Superb!
Supply and fit pergola awning
I used Access to supply and install a Markilux pergola awning. I had contacted other companies but none of them would do the installation as I wanted. I was fortunate to find Access a local firm who I thought only supplied garage doors. They came round took measurements and contacted the manufacturer for advice about the installation. I now have a superb retractable pergola awning installed to the manufacturer’s specification that looks good and works perfectly. Excellent service from a company I would highly recommend.
Fitting an electric awning
The survey was very professional and the surveyor most knowledgeable and helpful, visiting us twice to ensure all our requirements were met. The quote was very competitive. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Follow up action taken where necessary. John Hain, the manager is a very helpful and responsive individual. Highly recommended in every respect.
