Job location: BS15Used Advanced Damp for two of my rental properties now. First time was a penetrating damp issue in the upstairs bedroom — they picked up on a cracked lintel that two other companies missed. The second job was more of a preventative treatment in a Victorian terrace. What I appreciate is that they don't cut corners and actually care about doing the job properly. Also appreciate the detailed reports I got for my own records. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny if you don’t want problems down the line.9.33 Damp proofing walls in lounge and hallway

A lovely man called Lionel carried out the initial survey, he was very thorough and the results came back to me within the agreed timescale. Once I confirmed that I wanted the work to go ahead, there was some delay in responding however, once the contract was signed and the deposit paid, things were effectively managed. The work was carried out on the agreed date and time and Marcel who carried out the work was very professional and worked quickly and with minimum disruption.
