  Does not return keys

  Ash did one job, which was done ok. Was then meant to return monthly to maintain the garden but never did. I then tried to get the gate keys back and was promised they would be returned by Ash on several occasions. Followed up several times, no response despite reading messages. Probably lost the keys and didn't want to admit it. Have paid out of my own pocket to have the lock replaced.

  Bathroom toilet replacement

  Absolutely 100% recommend this company. Ash turned up on time, he was courteous and respectful of our property by putting sheets on the floor. Took his shoes off at the door too. He is a very friendly guy and did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. If I could have given more than 10/10 I would have.

  Garden tidying quote

  The reviews for these guys are great, and they were so prompt at responding to my job request, I was looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately, after arranging to promptly come out and give me a quote the following afternoon, they never arrived. I called that evening and was told I'd been mistakenly put in the diary for the wrong day. I put it down to human error, and we rescheduled for two days later(today) at midday. Its now 1.15 and they've still not arrived. I've had no phone call or communication either. I'm angry and feel like I've been taken for a fool. Would not recommend.

  Tidying up gardens

  They turned up on time and gave reasonable quote, however not all the work was completed and when I contacted them, they said they would be in touch to finish the work and I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve employed someone else to finish the work.

  They reduced the height and width of a very large bay tree

  Glenn and Ash did a great job of reducing the height and width of a large bay tree in my garden. They were true to their time and worked hard for several hours. They did not stop. It was a hard job with a lot of waste which they gathered together and removed, leaving the site clean and tidy. Very nice, likeable chaps who did a really good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any gardening work.

  Garden sorted

  Very efficient, friendly. From asking for a quote to completing work 2 days. Garden now weed free and pruned. Drive and steps pressure washed. All Garden waste removed. Everywhere tidy. Two very nice guys.
