  Clean and tidy repair with little fuss. Did exactly what was required at a great price. After being let down by several other roofing firms, it made a refreshing change to find someone that lived up to their promise. I Would highly recommend for any repairs.

• Emergency repair and full refurbishment of roof on semi-detached house

  All Type came within a few hours of my emergency enquiry to Checkatrade. An emergency repair at the leak made the roof watertight until the main job could be done. I was shown photos that confirmed the roof was in such a poor state that complete refurbishment, replacing defective membrane and water-damaged timber, was the best option. The work was carried out to the agreed timescale and at the estimated cost. Both men were punctual and unfailingly polite and the site was left clean and tidy. Obviously I can't check, but I am confident that their work is of a high quality.

  Initial contact was excellent with prompt and courteous responses. Slight problem when someone didn’t arrive as planned to do quote with no explanation but a different person quickly apologised and rectified. Different options and prices were provided and discussed with no pressure to go for the most expensive solution. I felt comfortable that I was honestly advised. Subsequently the job was completed very quickly and efficiently.
