    Phoned ALS as we were locked out as tradesman had locked door and put keys through letterbox as requested. I did not have correct key with me!! Gentleman arrived within 15 mins and retrieved our keys Very understanding and courteous

    We had a back door lock and a porch door lock not working. We went to ALS Locksmiths in Fareham, a family business. The man we spoke to was knowledgable and friendly. Andy came round and did a fantastic job fixing not only our two doors, but also a pvc door, that we had trouble with for years. The whole job was done to perfection, Andy was one of the nicest people you could meet. The price was very reasonable as well. I would thoughly recommend ALS Locksmiths and thoughly recommend Andy.

  • Broken car key

    My car key inexplicably snapped and I popped into ALS for a quote after being quoted between £99-£300 depending on my car make and model elsewhere. The guys there were fantastic, they quoted me between £25-£75 depending on the casing. Because I desperately needed the key they cut me a basic spare key for only £15! Absolutely gobsmacked at the price! Works perfectly as well! Will definitely be using these guys again and would highly recommend

    I called into the shop and explained about the handle. I was given the price if I wanted a replacement handle and labour costs involved. I then rang the shop to ask them to carry out the work and somebody came out to the house to see exactly what was required. He came back a few days later to fit the replacement handle and latch.
