  Bay window roof reconstruction and clutter repairs

  Tom and the team were very helpful and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the job. It was supposed to be a simple gutter repair job, but they found out the support timbers were rotten and managed to replace the bay window roof in a day for a reasonable fee. They did chip some of the paint on our outer window frame which they didn't fix, so be prepared to do some very minor repair works when they're done.

  I was faced with a situation with my roof, where several slates had moved out of place and needed to be replaced. I met Tom in south London and saw him going into his van. I told him about the problem I had and he responded very quickly in very professional way. The service was excellent, well done guys 👍🏾

  We had some tiles blown off in the storm. Tom came when he said he would and repaired them.

  We had some tiles blown off in the storm last week we called Tom as we previously had to use them. Tom called the next day. Give us a quote. Highly recommend.

  Gutter repairs

  I sought 3 quotes to repair some leeking guttering at loft level. Tom was the only person who came to site in order to scope the requirements before quoting so although not the cheapest quote received I was confident he understood what was required. The team turned up at the arranged time and carried out the work quickly and professionally and used some of the old guttering to replace another bit of damaged pipe elsewhere. Very happy with the service.

  Replaced a single roof tile as requested and reseated our lead flashing.

  I quickly received a text message where a we agreed a site visit was required. Alan arrived when he said he would and inspected the extent of the work to be undertaken. A fixed price was agreed. Shortly after the visit I received a text telling me his team could do the work the following day. The team of three arrived knocked on my door, told me they were starting work. Quite quickly they replaced the missing tile and reaffixed the lead flashing. The job was quickly completed.

  Full re-roof

  Tom was very quick to provide a quotation for the initial work with the work scheduled within a couple of days. Once the work started, the scale of the repairs escalated significantly. Tom was always courteous, communicative and persuasive. Given the apparent urgency of the work, I accepted his quotation and the work started the following day. All work was completed within 4 days to a high standard. My only regret is not being able to determine the value of the cost of the work - no detailed breakdown was provided but I also have no reason to think I have been overcharged. I can recommend Tom
