  I had the pleasure of using Alwoodley Building and Developments in summer 2023 to build a rear kitchen diner extension and side utility room. Dan and the team overcame many challenges in the build including the sloping land and my older house very well and nothing was too much for them. Communication was easy and excellent throughout and I knew what was happening and when. The team were efficient and finished on time and the quote was spot on.   I would recommend Alwoodly all day long. Really pleased with the end results and completed within the initial time frame quoted. It has been finished to a high standard, every trade was very polite, courteous and communication was excellent. Any issue that cropped up out of their control which is expected was dealt with quickly, efficiently and no trouble at all. I will use Alwoodly for any building work moving forward and could not have been happier choose them to undertake the extension.
