Boiler inspected, tested and eventually replaced
My boiler packed in the week before Christmas and just by luck I managed to get in touch with Mark. Despite him being extremely busy with back to back jobs, he went above and beyond to help get the boiler working again. After exhausting every possible fault and doing this after hours late in the evenings, and without taking any money up front, it was clear that the boiler needed replaced. Mark again to the rescue, sourced a cost effective boiler and fitted it for me on 23rd December. I can’t thank him enough, trustworthy, honest and so helpful. Thankyou Mark!!!
Replaced broken valve to ensure downstairs zone heating would come on.
Fantastic service. I cannot fault it. Attentive, prompt and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and this is my new “go to” if I have any boiler issues.
Broken down boiler
Mark came to our rescue when our gas combo boiler stopped producing hot water and heat. He quickly found the issue and recommended a spare part from Ebay as a far cheaper option to the £70+ from the merchants. We paid just over £20. He did come back with a part to try to patch the boiler up until ours arrived but unfortunately this wasn't an option, the effort was however greatly appreciated. Work complete and boiler back working allowing me to enjoy my weekend away not worrying about Hubby and Kiddies at home! 100% reccommend
Remove water tank in loft, rework the water pipes and install a stop cock kill switch.
Mark done the job over two days. His attention to detail is excellent. Would fully recomend Mark for any plumbing related work.
Stopped a leak in the boiler
Got a call within minutes advising he was in the area and would come immediately. Was so professional and I was gobsmacked when he advised it was just a loose screw and he'd sort it AT NO COST. Absolutely amazing service , especially by doing us a FAVOUR when things are so tight at the moment. Will be contacting them directly in future for any work needed. Thanks again. Definitely recommend.
Fit combi boiler
I had Mark come and fit a new combi boiler for me, he was always on time and his work was first class, he gave me a price to fit a new combi boiler In my loft and ended up being more work than expected but stuck to his original price. I would 100% recommend Mark if you need any plumbing or central work.
