  Posted an urgent boiler repair job on checkatrade at around 6pm and had a response within minutes. The job was attended promptly the following morning. The fault with the boiler was found quickly and repaired without the need of any pricey parts, so the overall cost wasn't too bad. Everything was explained clearly before, during and after the work was done. Overall level of service was excellent.

• Emergency call out for smell of gas, found leak and rectified same night.

  Smelled gas so called aro plumbing and heating. He got to me within the hour and was very helpful and could explain in layman’s terms what needed to be done and why. He was efficient and went above and beyond to make sure the work needed was done correctly and to a high standard. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be a retuning customer.

• Converting from a conventional to comb boiler

  Employing ARO was a great experience and I am thankful I called for their services. Originally I was going to change from a conventional to system boiler. When ARO arrived to provide a quote, they discussed in considerable detail the options. I then went for a Combi boiler and saved a significant amount of money in the process. ARO produced a reasonable quote and kept to it. The job was challenging with the existing pipework but ARO managed this no problem. They were punctual, efficient responsive, tidy, and easy to communicate with, and I am delighted with the result thank you!

• Replace combo PLV on water supply

  Alex came out to an issue we were having and was able to identify it quickly and also explain what was happening and why. Ordered the spare part and came back to fit it a few days later Once it was delivered. Good comms, lovely guy, and great work, can’t fault his service. Will 100% now be my first call for plumbing or heating.
