My Boiler did not want to wake up, after its summer sleep.
10Verified ReviewLuckily I was given the details of Assured Heating Essex, I contacted them, and they sent an Engineer around, he had to check a lot of things, but managed to work out what was wrong. New parts were required, which he fitted onto the boiler, and now we are warm again. Hopefully I will not have to call them again, but if anything goes wrong, I certainly will not call anyone else.

10Verified ReviewWe recently had a new combi boiler installed by Assured Heating also we had few other minor jobs done, which include rad valves. One of the exiting valves had a problem. We contacted Assured to tell of the problem and Brian from their office made us an appointment. Assured kept us in contact on the arrival of their Engineer Lee (owner) by both telephone and Text. We cannot recommend this company more highly for customer support and as stated in previous review we would have no problem in recommending this company to friends.

At Assured Heating Essex we specialise in gas and oil heating systems that are energy-efficient, reliable and are value for money.
We are fully qualified to install and maintain any boiler type using quality heating supplies and we currently perform over 250 boilers installations per year in the local area.
We are accredited with Worcester Bosch, Viessmann boilers, Vaillant boilers, Glow-worm boilers and ATAG boilers. We are Gas Safe registered and are Oftec oil registered installers.
We have engineers that specialise in boiler installation, we also have engineers that specialise in system repairs. We believe different engineers have different strengths, an installation engineer is not necessarily going to know the common faults of a 15 year old boiler! We have a team of engineers that are experts in their own field.
We are proud of our reputation for meeting the needs of our customers while staying true to our principles of delivering the highest standards of customer service, based upon the core tenets of trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability and value for money. We have an office based in Rettendon, which is staffed Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so feel free to pop down to see us!
