Moving flat

AST are a friendly family business, and provided an excellent service. They were both reliable and affordable, and were able to accommodate art works safely and securely. I would definitely recommended them.
Moving household effects from store to recently bought house
This was the fifth time we used AST in the past 3 years. They've always been friendly and efficient. Nothing has been broken or scratched during these moves.
Removal of 4 bed house
From quote to completion Alan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our move was a stress free as possible. The overall cost was good value for money and the service received was top notch. I would thoroughly recommend.

House move from Winchester to West Sussex
I cannot recommend this outfit. I found them unprofessional in their service delivery and attitude. After a site visit to assess the move, they only sent a Luton van - too small to move in 1 journey so needed a 2nd trip - completed 8.30 pm! What a shambolic experience. Not only did their miscalculation add to the stress, delay and duration of the move, but they had the audacity to charge an extra £300 for the second journey for their error. They said they only hire vans for removals as it’s cheaper for them. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused.

We are sorry you feel you didn’t get the service other customers in the past have had. The job was priced for one Luton van load of goods but had more goods then was shown when quoted. We made it clear from the start of it goes into 2 van loads there would be extra charge. My guys moved all the goods into customers new home where required in a polite and efficient manner as they do with all moves please see previous reviews and scores. Due to second van travel time and traffic the job was finished at 8.30pm after a long hot day. Most customers come back to us if require to be moved again
