New Flat roof

William of B1Home Improvements was a delight to deal with - he was always contactable, even over the Easter weekend. Joshua who carried out of the repairs took the time to point out the issues, how he proposed to resolve them, and then showed me the result post-repair. Today has been a day of heavy rain and whereas previously this would have meant water dripping internally, thanks to the work expertly carried out by B1Home Improvements, inside the house remains dry. I would not hesitate to recommend William, Joshua, and B1Home Improvements.

B1 home improvements were just the company I needed, they sorted out issues left by another roofer to good standard, very knowledgeable and told me about other issues I had with my roof and all was repaired to my satisfaction.
Chimney removal
Work agreed quickly and completed on time. Team worked hard to complete the job in a day and cleaned up to a high standard. Communication throughout was good also.

Delighted with the work completed and the brilliant communication from start to finish. Team were hard working and started the job when they said and completed faster than expected. Waste was collected and taken away and management of scaffolding was also handled brilliantly. Would highly recommend based on service, standard of work, communication and reassurance through a guarantee provided as part of the quote.
Replace a flat roof
Fantastic company. Very good at keeping me informed when the work could start. William was also good at keeping me updated on the progress of the work and why the quote had to be changed. The guys working at the property were all polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Full felt replacement on Single storey extension roof and a porch roof with fascias and guttering
B1 home improvements were easy to contact by mobile phone and email. William responded to my checkatrade query promptly and was able to give me a quote with a fair price and agreed to complete the work all within a week. Josh and Kieran worked really hard, hardly stopping for a break to get the bulk of the work completed in one day ( despite very cold weather) only returning the next day to finish off and clear up. They took all their rubbish and the debris from the old roofs. Josh and Kieran were both polite and courteous taking time to explain what they were doing to me whenever I asked.

Remove roof on single story extension and fit insulation and make good any faults.
Excellent service. Arrived on time. Required work carried out to a high standard and all in one day. The work was completed to the agreed quote even though extra materials were required. I would have no hesitation in recommending B1 Home Improvements.
Fix a leak into the extension
Work completed as per quote and on time. No reoccurrence of the leak. Workers arrive on time and tidied away all mess. Would definitely recommend.
