Cavity wall Insulation
We called Baxter Kelly for Insulation advice , who then arranged for a free survey to see what insulation we required . They did the survey and all of the work free of charge and in a quality and professional manners and answered all of many questions ( there was many ). If you are thinking about having insulation work done then I can’t recommend these guys enough. Keep up the good work guys .

New boiler and under floor insulation fitted
Baxter Kelly's workmen did not show up three times in a row after arranging a time to fit underfloor insulation with me . All three times nobody contacted me until after I had phoned them to ask where the workmen were. After speaking to the MD, the insulation and the boiler were fitted very quickly. However, there were problems with the netting on the ceiling of the cellar, the positioning of the outside pipes for the boiler, and they left a great big hole in the cellar wall. They called to resolve this after they had been inspected. They sent a workman without telling me he was coming.
