    Fantastic job re tiling roof, replacing decking and replacing rotten wood panels in walls. Also replaced old fencing around garden and made fence removable at back of chalet. Repainted two walls of chalet.

    Excellent work on roof and decking as expected. Also replaced fencing in garden and around chalet. Some of this work was not as expected, didn’t use concrete posts as requested. One panel renewed which was not asked for. I asked for wooden panels in chalet to be replaced as were rotten in places. I thought this was in the quote and that we had discussed this. This was denied and not completed. Holes in wood were sealed. Not happy with result.

    I called Ben on Monday to come around and investigate some damp I was having in my bedroom, he was so professional with going up in the loft and breaking everything down to me what the issue was and what was the best way to solve this with the cheapest price. He’s gave me a few options and we decided to go with all new membrane and battens and old tiles back on. This was completely in 2 days and never had an issue since. Thanks Ben ☺️

    I had a new roof installation by Ben and his team, was very pleased with the work carried out, Ben was very prompt with timings from when he came out to view on first quotation down to when materials deliveries would be arriving etc, the team was very polite also we had 3 different quotes in and bens price was best so would highly recommend BB Home Improvements.
