Chris was wonderful, he made the whole experience so hassle free and completed the job so fast. He was mindful of our neighbours, reattended without any hidden costs or fees and it was generally the best customer service experience I have received. Cheers guys !

Needed a clutch replaced urgently and after getting various quotes, besides being the lowest, BG Auto could also suit the timeframe. We changed our mind about the times but this was not a problem and messages were replied to promptly. Chris arrived on time, was courteous and professional in every respect. Hugely impressed by his work ethic, and wish him every success in the future. The job took a while but was completed satisfactorily and you would not have known Chris had been there. Highly recommend.

Chris talked me through what was going to be carried out on the repair and supplied and replaced all parts at a very competitive price! Hard to find a good mechanic that won’t add exaggerated costs onto everything these days
