    Nick and his team did a great job re-landscaping my small garden in a row of terraces in Hanover, Brighton. They re-turfed and laid down a patio border. I appreciated Nick's eye for detail and hard work in ensuring there was a beautiful finish - for instance, used used attractive gravel to fill in gaps, and filled other areas that I think other tradesmen would have seen as beyond the scope of the job. He was a delight to deal with and very pro-active in explaining things to me throughout. I'd very much recommend him.

Briggs Company was founded in 2012 by Nick Briggs and is a family run business, operating throughout Sussex. 

Nick is an experienced gardener as well as having over 10 years of experience prior to setting up Briggs company, in horticulture, conservation and landscaping. 

Our services include :


Garden Clearance and Maintenance - All aspects of garden clearance and maintenance. We have the necessary mowers to cope with large to very large lawns. 

Tree Surgery, Stump Grinding and Removal 

Turfing - Turfing and re-turfing using premium quality turf, or artificial turf 

Fencing - All types of high quality fencing, including Panel, Close Board, Chain Link and Post & Rail

Landscaping - Paving and block paving

Patio & Pathway Renovation - Pressure washing, re-grouting and sealing

Hedge Cutting / Pruning - No hedge too big or small! 

Living Willow Sculptures and Hazel Bentwood Furniture - Also able to construct bespoke garden furniture such as log stores to suit your needs

Delivery of Logs - Seasoned quality hardwood 

100% Natural Oak Wood Chips - For use when smoking all BBQ Meats. To be used on a BBQ or grill or in a smoking box with a gas BBQ or grill.
