  Was apprehensive about using a cleaning company as my experience of others was not great, but I didn't have to worry. Bright Pandas are easy to deal with, clean to an excellent standard and prompt. Any issues (such as cleaner is ill) are communicated and alternative arrangements made. Will definitely use again.

  We cannot speak highly enough of Bright Pandas. Nick, the owner, is absolutely exceptional - he is personable, polite, responsive, accommodating, and ensures that a high level of service is provided at a competitive rate. Abi, our dedicated cleaner, visits weekly and is the best cleaner we have had. She is trustworthy, extremely hard-working, has a fantastic attitude and is also a lovely person. Highly recommended.

  We use Bright Pandas for weekly cleaning of our family home. The service we receive is outstanding! Nick was happy to pop over and discuss our needs beforehand and attended for the first couple of weeks to ensure we were happy with the standard of cleaning. Lynne our regular cleaner cleans to a very high standard and it's always fantastic to know I can come home to a spotless house. She is always careful and respectful of our property and belongings too. I can highly recommend Bright Panda's services.

  We really struggled to find a reliable and professional house cleaning service. I sent a message to Bright Panda and the MD Nick was quick to respond and even offered to pop over to meet and chat in person something which no other company had offered. We explained our requirements to Nick and he gave us confidence in his offerings. He explained all of his staff are employed and as and when I usually assigned cleaner couldn’t make it he would step in someone else. For years we used husband and wife but they badly let us down, Bright Panda was also cheaper so we engaged. Excellent experience

  Nick did a fantastic job on our end of tenancy clean. He communicated well prior to the job and was really helpful in moving things around in his diary to give us the date we wanted. He arrived on time and worked really hard to leave our rental property looking amazing. Would thoroughly recommend him for any cleaning jobs you need. Thank you Nick.
