Job location: DA12Louis arrived after a slow start from the team this was due to a breakdown He viewed the job and unfortunately had to come back in the morning after collecting parts. He arrived at the time he said he would and carefully removed the old waste pipe cleaning up as he went, dirty water and waste. He replaced the waste pipe system and made good the gap on the outside wall. Checked for leaks and completed the job, removed all the old waste pipe work. I am very pleased with the work and glad it’s all ok thank you10 Toilet replaced

I cannot recommend Britains Ltd enough! I needed my shower replaced and toilet fixing! I enquired on checkatrade and within the hour, had a response back. Louise in admin is lovely and arranged someone to come out the same day. Macauley came out and was very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was honest and said would be cheaper for me to order the shower myself (much appreciated as on a budget). And within a week it was booked in to be done. Macauley came and sorted all the issues quickly, left no mess and great communication throughout the day!
