Firstly this job was quoted for in january 2021 and work was undertaken in may 2021. I have not been contacted by customer since to be made aware of any issues. Secondly the kitchen was supplied by Wren kitchens who send their units out with drawers and doors fitted and therefore if there aren't enough screws in an 800 drawer unit, this is a fault with Wren manufacturing and NOT with myself or my services. The other points I will make is that I did not quote for any plaster work or tiling at all and the electrician I used was a sub contractor who indeed was not reliable and so has not been recommended since. The last point is that plinths were screwed down instead of clips being fitted to line up with the pattern of customers own flooring. I am more than happy to discuss any issues with the customer even though this review has appeared over a year after completion.

Hi there. I would like to respond by saying that yes the customer was given 2 different start dates however one date had to be cancelled due to an over run on a previous job which had to be sorted prior to any further work being started, and the second date was cancelled due to the electrician not being able to start in time for my work to start. This is not usual, and not as a result in my poor service and I have returned in full the customers deposit that was taken.
