• Garden room and decking

  Buddha builders did some work for a neighbour on our street, they gave me his details, so I made a phone call and made an appointment for Dominic to come out and view the property and talk about what we would like done, he was very nice from the get go and professional,went back and forth on ideas And finally agreed on a design, we are over the moon with what's been built in our garden, its given us more space for entertaining family and friends and this is exactly what we were after. The lads are very polite, friendly and very approachable. Staying late is not an issue to them.

  Got in contact with Buddha builders and two other building companies for a new kitchen, Buddha builders was not the cheapest but stood out from the other two. We got in touch with two of his previous jobs, and they made us feel comfortable about their workmanship and went above and beyond with fitting our new kitchen, nothing was to much to ask for and even helped with some of the design issues. Friendly lads, very respectful and worked to the time scheduled they quoted. Got them coming back later this year for a porch and fencing job. Highly recommended Dominic and his team.

• Laying a wooden laminate floor

  Dominic gave us an estimate when he came to assess the job. Unfortunately, that was as good as it got. After the estimate he was very difficult to get hold of... he never answered his phone and did not return our calls. We corresponded via e-mail and after about 1 month I eventually managed to get him to commit to a date to do the job. The day came and... he did not show up. No call or mail to say he was unable to make it, either prior to the date or on the day itself. We were extremely disappointed and I cannot recommend this tradesman, he is not reliable.

• Flooring

  This company has written off over £2000 of flooring by using the incorrect underlay. Provided incorrect advice also about the suitability of the flooring. Has left me with a dangerous floor which is lifting and unfit for purpose. The general workmanship has been reviewed by a third party and deemed unprofessional. It took three and a half weeks for them to initially return to view the problems. Communication has been terrible, I was promised that they would return to rectify their work but I was given excuse after excuse. The company has now stopped responding to any communication.

• Taking down old wall and removal of alot of rubble

  Great friendly guys. Job was very difficult as live away from road on a hill so removing the rubble was challenging, managed to get the job done in 2 days. Tidied up well. Would Recommend for future work.
