  Brick and paving laying, garden construction and carpentry

  We first became aware of Costel and his team when they were working on a house down the road (building an extension I believe, but we only had a few much smaller jobs that needed doing and to a degree we presumed they might be too small for him, but NO.... He came to look at our requirements and gave us a quotation together with an idea of when they could do it and how long the jobs would take. And they did exactly as they'd promised, very pleasant experience and couldn't fault him and the team.

  Extension

  The work done on our extension was really good, all in all it took 16 weeks and the work was always carried out in a very professional manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking to extend their house

  Loft Conversion

  Costel and his team converted and decorated our loft, they did a fantastic job and delivered on time despite a very challenging deadline. They also fitted two new bathrooms. Throughout the build they were very polite and obliging. I would have no problem recommending Costel to any of my friends or family. Be aware that Costel and his team are incredibly quick so you need to be very organised with purchases and drawings/details. (The Cupboards and handrail in the photos were completed by a separately contracted joiner)

  Converted our attic space into two bedrooms & converted a bedroom into a bathroom

  Costel and his team are excellent. Their work is high quality and they are a genuinely nice team to have around the house. He has converted an attic space for us, replastered several other rooms, created a bathroom from a bedroom and re landscaped our garden

  Double dormer loft extension

  Costel and his team were very fast, efficient and reliable when working on our loft extension. The team turned up bang on time, 6 days a week consistently throughout the job, with no gaps or hold ups. They clearly set out a plan with milestones at the beginning of the project, and kept me updated daily with progress and any decisions that needed to be taken. The quality of the work is high and everything is holding up well, several years on. My favourite aspect of Costel’s team is they focus solely on one project at a time, so don’t split their time across multiple jobs.

  Kitchen extension

  I know all 10’s is hard to believe but yes, he’s that good. I’ve referred him to so many people. After 4 years we’re still in touch and He still comes around whenever I have issues around the house. He is so so meticulous - that’s his biggest quality - he’s also quite fast compared to others. The extension was done in 6 weeks. He was referred to me by a surveyor who swore by him and I definitely understand why. Not comfortable sharing photos on the site but If you’re in touch with him, he can ask me for photos and I’ll pass them along.
