To instal a hard wired washing machine
Fantastic service. Rang to see what the job was stated a time and was there before. Carried out the work highly recommend. I live in hull and parents are in Kidderminster so difficult to arrange. Made it all very easy.
Fitting a new plug socket and changing a light switch
Chris was brilliant! He responded to my initial request really quickly and came to do the job when he said he would. Chris completed the work really quickly with the minimum disruption possible and even swept up after himself! We have a few small jobs that I’ll be asking him to do next year as well. I was really impressed.

Rewire of House
Confirmed rewire works - started 20th Sept. We agreed a slight shift of tasks agreeing to forgo the agreed extension wiring and instead wire up for electric shower. We paid once he said the work was complete but quickly realised we had a fuse marked 'shower" but no evidence of wiring. We texted, emailed and called. Had to send a pointed email before he replied. Said he would come back and finish. Weeks of agreed revisit dates that never happened mixed with ghosting ensued. Over a month on and moved into the house, without any shower, just a fuse sticker. Left feeling despondent angry and cheated

Unfortunately these comments are completely untrue and come as no surprise considering the things we endured working for this couple. On completion of the agreed electrical work the customer was perfectly happy and settled the invoice and all paperwork/certification was issued. A few days later the customer advised that they wanted a shower circuit installed that was not included within the original quotation. We advised that this could be installed at an additional cost but could not be carried out for a least a week due to other work commitments. Following a barrage of rude unjustified messages and phone calls whilst on holiday and very late at night, it became apparent that the customer was expecting this work to be carried out at no additional cost. Following the threatening demands of the customer the working relationship could no longer continue. The following points should be considered :- 1 shower circuit not on certificate (as not Installed) 2 Chrome fittings installed instead of white ( no additional cost) 3 Supplied and fitted new loft light (no additional cost) I do not believe I have been unreasonable and feel disappointed that somebody would go to these lengths to tarnish our reputation.

Fixing a dodgy ceiling fitment pull switch for bathroom shower
Very prompt reply, very quickly on premises. Ceiling Fitting examined and tested, replaced with unit from local screwfix within a hour. Wires tested for breaks and RCD unit tested before replacing. Certificate for electric safety arrived by email, next day. Decent price and tidy work. Excellent service.

Updating of electrics for new kitchen and bathroom
Chris carried out updating of some electrical work due to us having a new kitchen and bathroom installed. The work was well planned and executed and Chris was very professional and worked with us to iron out any unforeseen issues. Very pleased with the work and Chris was a pleasure to work with, would recommend without a doubt.
