Measured building survey for renovation
They came very professionally, taking all covid-19 precautions and within a few hours they scanned my house from inside and outside and I had all the drawings in a few days - so much quicker than I expected.

Building Plans, Elevations, Cross sections of properties, topographic survey of site, site levels
The second time CAD Surveys have undertaken work for me, a large school site and now a residence. Three surveyors attended site with a supervisor. Had the full complement of all equipment needed. Supervisor confirmed scope of works with me the client and clarified issues. Clear instructions and guidance left by supervisor. Work undertaken with skill, professionalism, patience; no rushing and with courtesy. Surveyors explained what they were going to do in each room and on site. With little daylight, a single surveyor returned Saturday to complete topography. Great work by a great survey team.

SURVEY COMPETANCE
After working alongside CAD SURVEYS, I was impressed with the in depth way they took on a survey. Not just measured but considered the various other elements that could be of consequence to a reliable survey. The company has been trading over 15 years I believe, so they do have in depth experience.

Two Residential Development in South Mimms and Bromley
The team at CAD Surveys are efficient and extremly reliable. They produce top notch drawings to specifications leaving no detail out. I would highly recommend for any architectural measured surveys. They are the best!

Produce CAD drawings and a photo tour of two flats I am buying.
CAD Surveys sent an experienced and friendly team of surveyors and produced an excellent set of CAD drawings which we can now provide to our architects and also a photo-tour. Very happy
