To replace bathroom pillar taps plus piping repairs
Colin has done a brilliant job replacing the bathroom taps and repairing the pipes today. He explained his work thoroughly and was very polite, professional and friendly during the job. Would definitely call Colin first if we need a plumber again!

Fitting new radiator and thermostatic regulator valves on other radiators
Colin came at short notice and fitted a new radiator. He also fitted new thermostatic regulator valves on other radiators which wasn't initially requested. Good plumber, would recommend.
Leaking water pipe in the outside toilet and a leaking cistern in the inside toilet.
I have personally only seen some photos as am not in London, but tenants told that problem was fixed. Price was reasonable and response was prompt.

First some emergency work on leaking taps and then subsequent building and decorating work.
I initially called C&K Building Services for emergency work on my leaking kitchen taps. The response was extremely prompt, the problem resolved quickly and a very reasonably priced. Thereafter, I’ve called C&K for a number of jobs, both big and small, in which the work has always been completed excellently. Most recently I’ve had two bedrooms completely redecorated and finished with fitted wardrobes. They rooms look lovely with an upgraded look that will certainly add value to my home. I highly recommend C&K Building Services.
Removal of old shower door and fitting of new shower door
Colin didn’t clean off existing silicone from previous shower door and fitted new door, leaving the door to have water leaking through. Had another company come out to fix the issue as Colin was unable to resolve this despite coming on two occasions with a strip and he cut our existing strip. Not happy with his attitude and service he left the door in.
Repair Toilet Cistern - water flush
Colin helped out in a difficult situation where maintenance had not been carried out on this particular bathroom for many years. The repair was carried out efficiently and with excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended.
