  Lee was the most reliable good communicator that I've met in trades for a long time. Reasonable quotes and really go out of their way to get your jobs done. As a private landlady who is not nearby, I've hugely appreciate the reliable communication, good work, photos when things are done. I would 100% use again.

  Couldn’t recommend Carndell Group enough. Everything was on schedule and completed when they said. Kept constant communication throughout the job. Very respectful of our property, our privacy and considerate of our neighbours. Quality of work is fantastic and we genuinely couldn’t be happier.   Carndell group were excellent building my extension, they didn’t mind changing anything that I wanted throughout the project. The extension was completed before date given, all work was done to perfection and the site was all tidied every day. I could not recommend these enough.

• Full refurbishment. Two bedroom converted to three bed.

  Lee and his team were extremely easy to work with, professional, reliable and trustworthy. The project was carried out in a timely manner, where the works were coordinated appropriately. Lee was the project manager on the job and acted as my eyes as I was out of the country during the duration of the project. There were a couple of things that needed touching up and seeing to after the full project was completed; however Lee and his team were happy go back to the property and ensure the quality was upheld. • Chimney removal and plastering

  Excellent. The chimney was completely removed from two floors in 5 hours and there wasn't a spec of dust. The bedroom was completed in 5 days. It would have been quicker but I asked them to start late to accommodate my night shift working. Lovely lads and excellent work and communication

• Bathroom renovation

  I was impressed by previous works I had completed by Carndell so I didn’t want to use anybody else when doing my bathroom renovation. Carndell ripped out my bathroom and started again from scratch. Work involved moving/creating new pipe work, tiles to the walls and floor, walk in shower fitted, freestanding bath installed, vanity installed, built in shelving, spotlights and shelf strip LED’s. Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom which has been finished to a really high standard. Nothing was too much for the lads and every request was met. Would use again and recommend to anybody.
