Replacing lead pipe
I can't speak highly enough of Catalyst Energy team in Bootle.In the past we have had experience of contacting tradesmen who have made promises and failed to keep them. Contacted Catalyst Energy who came out and gave us a quote ( re leaking lead pipe)They stuck to the quote and time frame. Easy to get in touch with via their office. All questions answered. All staff professional and courteous. Had trouble with a third party involved but they handled the issue professionally. Will be using them in the future. Need a job doing ? Put them on your list for a quote. You have nothing to lose.THANK U
Issue with our toilet and pipes
Don’t normally leave reviews but feel I have to with this company. From the lady who answered the phone helping me get an instant appointment, to the plumber coming out on time and sorting the issue within minutes. All brilliant! Every one of them was so professional. Will be using this company for when we re-do the bathroom early next year. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you very much!
Bathroom renovation survey
Anthony attended to survey my bathroom. He was very informative and gave a lot of advice on fixtures and fittings. He has organised plans to be drawn up. It was a pleasure to work with a company who are so methodical. I can’t wait to have my bathroom renovations done.
