    Email conversation with 1 hour of job being posted, 👍👍 Gave a time frame when would be round, I missed email as landed in junk mail (be ware), but i was in anyway so wasnt an issue 😖 Looked at the job and asked what wanted gave a few options to consider, Very polite and professional through out Sent out quote pretty quick and easy to read and understand

    Hob Fitting - No Show

    Arranged a day and time for work to be carried out. Didn’t turn up, with no call or anything to explain why. Tried contacting through phone, voicemail and messages but no response. Had to go with another contractor. Disappointing.

    On Friday 14th July this customer contacted me by phone with a view to a job being fitted. I offered an an appointment on Saturday 15th am to be told that wasn’t convenient. I then offered another appointment on Monday 17th July for 4.00pm onwards. At this point I asked the customer to text me their address. No contact was made with me in terms of a contact address. No other contact was made from the customer to my knowledge. It wasn’t the case that I didn’t show, it was the fact that the customer didn’t forward me their address to come to to carry out the work.

The finished work exceeded my expectations. Great care was clearly taken to ensure a neat finish across all the individual installations. Very satisfying for those with OCD. Highly recommended!
