Bathroom strip out and fitting
10Verified ReviewFrom start to finish, I have had no complaints whatsoever. The standard of work carried out has been of the highest quality, and my property was treated with respect throughout. Always kept clean and tidy, and left absolutely perfectly at the end of the job. Communication was excellent at all times, very polite and helpful. Will be using the same team to fit a new kitchen next year.

10Despite a lot of adverse weather conditions CDR construction completed the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. The work required to sort the problem was fully explained and a full contract prepared before any work commenced. The workers were very polite and efficient.

4Verified ReviewWORK IS NOT COMPLETE, bathroom unfit for purpose. Previously the bath drained fine. New shower tray fitted, wastewater from sink flows into shower tray and does not drain, rendering both unusable. NO communication during refit about this issue. We realised this and informed them after backerboard, waterproofing, tiles and grouting done. Demanding £375 to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling to resolve the issue. AWOL 2 occasions, mistakes made during refit, contract states 7days, started 5th ended 16th (they've stated work is complete HOW?). Left me abusive voice messages! Very stressful!!!

10Verified ReviewCDR construction were punctual started 8am took just one day to complete the replacement of the old leaky felt roof with a new corrugated perspex roof. The workmanship is first class and they tidy up as they go along. Not only did they replace the poorly fitted old roof but they also replaced the damaged waste pipe that had caused the leaky roof. Polite respectful hardworking guys who are good professional workers. I would highly recommend for all building work. David Manchester
