Adam arranged to replace a cracked tile in a slightly awkward position on the roof. The work was carried out quickly and in a straightforward manner. The sales process and actual job were very professional, and communications have been excellent. The person who came to look at the job was well experienced and knew his stuff, doing all the right checks. The finished work looks excellent, with great attention to detail and remedying small things left over from previous re-feltings. We used Adam and his team to make improvements to our 1970’s house and repairing some shoddy work by a previous builder. All in all about 2 weeks of flat and pitched roof work including replacing original soffits, fascia’s and insulation. We first spoke to Adam on a Sunday after one of our town house tiles fell off the roof, smashing into the first floor roof and destroying more tiles. He was the only roofer who responded to our enquires and was very helpful and put our panic at ease. Due to being in a townhouse, we needed scaffolding put up in order for Adam and his team to safely access the roof. Adam organised all of this for us, the team of scaffolders he used were equally as professional and efficient as Adam’s team. Highly recommend this company.
